Terms of Use
Effective November 4, 2026. These terms apply to your use of vegetaritory.com (“Vegetaritory”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
What Vegetaritory is
Vegetaritory is a free guide to restaurants with real vegetarian meals. It’s for personal, non-commercial use.
Check before you go
- Restaurant details such as hours, prices and menus change, and we can’t guarantee they’re current. Call ahead for anything that matters.
- “All veg,” “veg friendly” and the dishes we mention are our general guide, not a promise about any meal. If you have allergies or strict dietary needs, confirm with the restaurant before you order.
- We don’t run, own or endorse the restaurants listed, and we aren’t responsible for their food, service or premises.
Links to other sites
Vegetaritory links to sites we don’t control, including Google, Yelp and HappyCow. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Our content
The Vegetaritory name, logo, design, text and the way the guide is put together belong to us. Please don’t copy, scrape or republish them without our permission. Map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors (available under the Open Database License) and the U.S. Census Bureau.
Saves and notes
Places you save and notes you write are stored only in your own browser. We can’t recover them if your browser data is cleared.
Email list and promotions
Joining our email list is free and optional. Any contest, giveaway or referral reward will have its own official rules, posted before it starts, and those rules will control.
No warranties
Vegetaritory is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any restaurant you find through it.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and we’ll change the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
